My new auto-ordnance army ww2 copy 1911a1
Here's my whole story so you understand where i been and were i am now. Back in the mid 70's and early 80's i had two colt 1911a1 gov, and a commander but in 45acp. I had problems with both guns so i parted with them. In the late 80's I purchased a new Springfield series 90 which i also had problems with to this day but its in black park and still new looking in the box.(someday i'll fix it) Being disgusted with the performance of the 1911a1's that i had i figure to just give it one more try before i give up on them. I purchased a used chinese norinco 1911a1 and it worked, properly functioned and was flawless. I was so impressed with it, it raised my interest in getting more 1911a1's. I purchased a new auto-ordnance army ww2 copy 1911a1 and it cycles awesome right out of the box. I installed the full length guide rod with the 18# recoil spring too. Its my very first brand new 1911a1 to work properly right out of the box. Know i now what the hub bub is all about with the 45acp they rock when there right.
My question is why can't the other manufacturers do the samething? The chinese can do it. I wasted a lot of $$ on high priced junk. |
