UPS said the darndest thing today
I was in for my weekly 1911 return to SIG and asked what they were charging to ship the pistol from the west coast to NH, the woman said $52.
At this rate I'm going to have a $1500 GSR Revo by the end of the year. ![]() |

Well, im pretty sure it costs more from HI to NH and mine has been sent twice already. So thats at least $200+ from me. Not to mention all the other cases I hear where people are sending back their GSR's. I would hope that Sig has some kind of discounted rate from UPS with all the money their losing.

SIG called on Monday and said they were replacing the pistol. They were shipping a new gun out ASAP. I'm out of town so I won't get it for a few days.
SIG has worked very hard to keep me happy. Wait times on the phone are pretty long but they do not lack in CS. |

Well aren't you lucky! How are you going to treat those CS reps on the phone for the 3 trips this one is going to take?
I'm glad I won't have to hear about your newest shipping label on THAT gun anymore... |

At least SIG is actually working on my gun/shipping my gun/making an effort, how long has S&W had your 1911? a month and half? When are they going to even look at it? I'd rather have a working pistol and not need the CS but we are talking about a 1911 so what are the chances? |
