Hi
Can anyone give me a list of items that go into the squad cleaning kit? Thanks Russ |

kit contents
Squad Cleaning Kits should have 10 cleaning rods, 10 brushes, 10 screwdrivers, an oil can and a grease pot. There were three types of boxes used to store them in all of which were steel usually embossed with "US" on the lid. Post 'nam era squad kits used a canvas roll and generally did not have an oiler or grease pot. We had squad kits of both variations in our arms room.
