Aren't the less expensive Nikon frames a little smaller than the D700, for example? I handled my brother's D60 (sorry Hunter) — or is it a D90? I forgot — and it is a world apart from the, erm, bigger ones. Canons have size differences too, but the difference isn't anything as big as with these two!

I saw Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band last week. Last time I was at a Seger concert was 33 years ago. Your pics of Joe Walsh reflected in my mind while I was at the concert, wishing I had more than a P&S camera. Those Walsh pics truly are amazing and I point several folks to this URL so that can really see what's possible to capture in concert lighting.

Although very different in their styles of rock n' roll, Bob Seger & Joe Walsh are 2 of my favorites. No elaborate stage shows or laser lights, they've both managed to always sound good live and that's why I pay the price for admission.

Hmm Hunter, maybe you should have a photography class. I need someone to teach me how to use my Nikon D80.

Actually, when Hunter got first interested in photography, I was staying at his home for a few days, and back then I was shooting a D80. So you may say, that that camera was the reason Hunter fell in love with photography. Right Hunter?!?!?!
