Colt New Agent Beavertail Grip Safety

Several months ago I saw a photo on this site that showed a Colt New Agent with a perfectly fitted beavertail grip safety. What really caught my eye was a statement that the owner made about the safety. He said it 'just dropped in' without any frame modifications and that he bought it from Colt. If anyone reading this thread is familiar with that article or its' information, I would really like to hear from you. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

    Bladerunner321,

More than likely, you're referring to the Wilson Combat Drop-In beavertail grip safety. While I am unfamiliar with the exact thread, you can go to this link

    http://www.brownells.com/aspx/ns/sto...0GRIP%20SAFETY

    for further information.

Look in the Colt picture thread, also look at the "Drop in Grip Safety thread".
The Wilson Combat drop-in Commander grip safety is probably the one you are refering to.
