    I cut and pasted it into an Excel spreadsheet. I'd be happy to post it, if that is alright with Cleveland, and there is some way to do that.

    Thanks I'll add them to the list. This is actually fun to research. I keep the original in a spreadsheet. Just can't figure out how to post that so I save it as a web page.
