What "series" are P14s considered to be?

What "series" are P14s considered to be?
All Para-Ordnance and ParaUSA pistols used a Colt Series 80-style firing pin safety, if that's what you mean. Para never referred to them as any kind of "series."

The only exception to the above are some 'Gunsmith' Para Ordnance frame kits, intended to convert a single stack 1911 to a double stack. The last of these were sold almost two decades ago. All complete Paras have a firing pin safety.
