    My Speer reloading manual states that if you load rounds using their data and use small primers, there will only be a small drop in pressure. I bet it is the same with other companies reloading data. I have reloaded using large and small primers and have not noticed much difference.

    Does his training class allow reloads? Most that I have taken did not.
