    full rail holster

    Who makes them, readily available?
preferably leather OWB however IWB is fine.
I see them for 1911s with a rail, but not a full rail or is that gonna be a custom order?
    Thanks

I'm not much of a fan of railed 1911's, so I don't follow them that much. I'll assume you have a gun with a rail like the Springfield TRP with full rail? http://www.springfield-armory.com/pr...acp/#PC9105LCA

If so, that gun has been around for a while, and I'd guess most holster makers produce a holster for that gun. I understand there are some differences in rail designs, so if you have something else you'd need to specify that to the holster maker. One downside to looking for leather is the leather makers generally don't list guns as well as the kydex makers do. However, there are some leather makers that do have easily accessible lists.

As a starting point, High Noon Holsters shows the full rail Springfield and these are the holsters they offer for that gun http://www.highnoonholsters.com/sear...gun-model=7429

    Kramer shows it's available http://www.kramerleather.com/home.cfm

    Tucker http://www.tuckergunleather.com

Horseshoe Leather shows railed Springfield, but doesn't specify full length. You probably need to ask. http://www.holsters.org

There are others, but that should get you started.
