    Bul 9mm 1911

I just ordered a Bul 9mm 1911. It's a single stack and it has some nice features for a reasonable price. I already own a Bul polymer CZ clone in 45acp that has been pretty good. Anybody else own the Bul in 9mm? Here's the gun.

BUL used to make these guns for Magnum Research Inc., IIRC from 2010 onwards, until quite recently. Or maybe MRI still sell theirs, and someone else now imports them under BUL's own brand. Before that, they made double-stacks that were sold in the US under various names.

Way back when they made doublestacks, some didn't like their small parts, but otherwise the frame and slide fundamentals were OK. A lot of water has gone under the bridge since, Brownell's even sells BUL small parts...

That rear sight looks a lot like some early Kimber sights, doesn't it?
Too many people miss the silver lining because they're expecting gold.
