I suspected you were referring to BreakFree. I've had good luck with BreakFree and other CLP's including Ballistol. I've found that they all do a fine job of Cleaning, Lubricating, and Protecting. Are there stand alone products that do one job better, probably. However, all the CLP's I've used have worked as well as I've needed them to work.
