    Been lookin' for one of those for a long time. I'd even take a Super slide, but they are still hard to find.

    Nice find and great story!

    Good price! I have a couple of Super 38's and I was outside shooting and lost well over half the brass. That was the end of Super 38. I had it converted to 9mm since I can get once fired brass by the bucketful.

    In general the Colt's chambered in 38 Super will sell for a few hundred more than guns in the same condition in 45 or 9mm. How much more depends on where you live.

    You should also take a look at some of the commercial ammo available for the round. Some of what is available you can see here...
