Your photography skills are amazing Hunter. Although I'm light years away from actually performing anywhere close to your level, I sure can appreciate beautiful photography and your photos qualify big time.

The more I learn about photography the more I'm confused as to why it's not referred to as a practice, like healthcare and law. To me, it should be, because there are so many variables involved and such a myriad of information that must be considered.

So, if I slip and refer to you as Dr. Hunter ~ now you'll know why.

Thank you very much for the complement, I truly appreciate that.
I am sure your photography skills are excellent.
Though you mentioned photograph as a practice there have been attempts to make it law one would have to obtain a license to practice photography as a professional just as a plumber or contractor.
One would have to demonstrate proficiency in lighting and equipment usage as well as have the correct insurance and proper business practices.
I am all for this as I have seen many wedding fauxtographers that deliver substandard photographs only to be sued and have no insurance.
It is a shame when something like that happens for a wedding, school portrait, and so on.
