I had a Kimber ultra carry and the brass kept hitting me in the face. The ejector was loose. I sent it back to Kimber. Dennis his-self said that loose ejector was no problem and was not causing the brass to hit me in the face. So I guess if its not causing a problem Kimber will not be concerned.
