As long as you (or a 'smith you know) can properly stake a tenon-type sight, you're in good shape. King's sells a version of their "Hardball" sights with the correct ~.082 size front sight tenon. I believe they have black, 3-Dot, & white-outline styles available. They're about the cheapest way I know of to swap sights.
