barrel replacement advice 4 a newbie

I'm considering replacing the barrels on the two Argentines that I have, and am interested in doing it myself. Considering the Wilson drop-in to minimize fitting.

Can anyone give me advice, directions, or point me towards a good reference book that would help me understand how to do this? I'm not a gun-dummy, just a newbie to 1911 'smithing. I did build 2 AR lowers with no problems using Kuleck's books. Thanks.

I'm assuming these are Sistema's? How come you're swapping out the barrels? Just curious.
