Hi: I wanted to post this on the general board so that everyone will read my opology to the Para-ordinanmce tech survive, specificly one Mr George Wedge. At first I was rather unhappy with my new 1911 single stack. The gun would fire six rounds without a problem, but when I loaded seven rounds into the mags, the last or seventh round would not load. The problem appears to be the fact that when I first fired the gun, I used about 250 semi wad cutters and probably messed up the magazines. I now know that when you break in a new gun, always use factory fmj ball loads. Cliff
