SA mil spec slide

Can I buy one stright from SA over the phone or online? If not, does anyone know where I could get one? Any idea on what price it would be?

You can call or e-mail them, the worst they can say is "no". Slides do not have to go through an FFL, only receivers.

let me know if you can get just a slide from SA, i'd like a mil-spec slide for my GI, i bought the damn thing becasue i didn't think the lower ejection port would matter, but it does

If it is just the lowered ejection port you want, why spend $200 to $300 on a slide when a gunsmith can lower the port for $20 to $40? Heck, you can do it yourself if you are careful.

thanks for the reply, you actually answered a question i was thinking of after i wrote it, "how much would a g-smith do it for, or can i do it myself?" but anyway thanks for the info
