American Classic/Firestorm 1911A1 question

Does anyone know if the 1911A1 (Milspec) front sight post is a narrow or wide tenon?

Have no idea will try to ask my warrenty smith I have never saw a basic American Classic or Firestorm All I have ever saw were deluxe models .

Hello,

It has neither narrow (smaller than .100") nor wide (greater than .130+) rather it has a .120 wide tendon.

Thanks. Guess it's a medium tenon like on the Springfield Armory 1911A1's.
