We received the following Press Release from Galco Gun Leather.
Galco Gunleather, the leading American producer of best-quality leather holsters and accessories, commemorated its 40th birthday in 2009 with the exotic 40th Anniversary Rig!
To mark Galco’s 40th year, our custom shop produced a limited run of Anniversary Rigs. This gorgeous shoulder system was constructed from exotic tigershark hide, with production strictly limited to forty serial-numbered Rigs.

Anniversary Rigs were donated to gun rights and gun industry organizations, including the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action, the NRA Foundation, the National Firearms Museum, the Shooting Industry Masters tournament, and the Armed Citizen’s Legal Defense Network, to assist with fundraising efforts or for historical record.
While all the 40th Anniversary Rigs have been sold or donated, similar holsters can be created through Galco's custom shop, and one is currently being offered for auction on Gunbroker.com to benefit the Armed Citizen's Legal Defense Network.
