Greetings all,
I'm just getting into steel shooting and have been morphing my Taurus PT 1911-S into a race gun. I have been looking for an adapter to hold a red dot sight with a weaver base to the frame via the Picatinny light rail. I found a cheap one-piece bracket from Aim Sports that only rises from the left side with a weaver rail atop that clears the ejection port but is so flimsy it wags and vibrates more than a tuning fork. The C-More adapters look to be beefy enough but I can't find one that bolts to the light rail. I also use a screen type red dot instead of a tube type. Any suggestions? Thanx
