Hi, for my M1 and XD I have been offered a 1943 RR that the owner says has been rebuilt maybe several times. He states that all appears original with the exception of the barrel and magazine. He rates the parkerizing at 90%. Sight unseen does this sound like I'm getting the short end here? He said included are the holster, shoulder holster and a box of 1943 ammo.

Well Bob, the RRand you are describing, with accoutriments is probably in the $900.- range, which is pretty much an educated guess without pictures. How does that value match up with your M1 and XD ?????

The M1 is worth at least that alone. I'll post pics and more details of the RR when he gets them to me.
