1911A1 BA Rebuild?

Can anybody help with identifictation. This is a Remington Rand.

I'm not sure what the marking is. The last part...8 67....reminds me of the way Anniston marked their rebuilds.
However, to my knowledge, Benicia Arsenal was deactivated in 1963 and closed in 1964.
So...? Police evidence markings? I'm not sure.

I suspect a Benicia Arsenal rebuild as well, and had the same thoughts regarding the
8 6 7

Of course if it IS a BA rebuild then 8 6 7 does NOT represent the date. Maybe someone else out here has a BA refurb they could post a pic of or describe how theirs is marked. From the completeness of the parkerizing in and around the BA stamp, it would appear that the pistol was reparked after it was stamped.

I do not suspect a Benicia Rebuild. The Benicia rebuild marks I've seen before are a larger font style that does not resemble your markings.
