I think that the NCO was made in the early 70s any one have any info.

I don't think so. NCOs are series 80 configured Colts.....

The Model Number is O9845NC. S/N suffix is "NCO"; I believe only about 400 were made for one of the distributors, possibly Lew Horton. Mine may be here today, so I may have some more details then.
More likely '90's than '70's.

;) Well..late '80's is closer to the '90's than the '70's ;).
Mine did not arrive today, so I won't be able to examine it until I return from Phoenix. Copyright dates & such might provide a clew.
