1911 Commander

I just picked up a Commander and was trying to find out what year it was made. The SN is CLW026XXX and on the dust cover and the bottom of the barrel it has someones Kentucky or "KY" social security number ###-######. I dont know if that is commom practice in Kentucky or if this was an officers carry weapon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your Commander was made in 1976, unknown about the history of the KY number.

It may have been part of an "Operation ID" effort back then.
