Outstanding singer. I wish that the American version of this show had such talented people instead of these packaged pop divas that they keep churning out.
Another fine example:

Amen. Everyone wants to sound like Whitney Houston (well, all except Bo).
She's got the singing voice of an angel, but I swear when she speaks it isn't English. At least not any sort of English I know of. LOL

There are places a short drive from your home where you could say the same thing. :p

No kidding. Like the waitress at the Huddle House in my town.

No doubt.
Much like this woman singer and looks can be deceiving, there's a restaurant in our town that is a local staple when it comes to burgers. Everyone in town knows the place. It's right in the middle of "downtown". Doesn't look like much from the street. In fact, it doesn't look all that much from the inside either. The decor is late 1950s - green Linoleum that's worn in spots, cabinets where the doors aren't straight anymore, just a curtain separates the diners from the kitchen. But wow, the burgers are great, the fries are fresh, and they possibly make the best sweet tea in all of Alabama.
Okay, now I'm hungry.

How can you not love that? She didn't even seem to realize just how fine her own performance was. Real talent, real humility, and real class.

Yeah, I got those same feelings as well. And I just loved the look on the judges' faces when they heard her sing. Oh, I do hope their big servings of Humble Pie tasted good.

i have to agree, I was sort of thinking that she was a joke and the 'Gong' was going to go off, untill she started singing. Wow.
