Guys,
We have a new BULLET PROOF grip safety that we have been making for a few months, it is finally available in enough quantity that we can introduce this to the online community. For now the BP Grip Safety is coming standard on Supergrade Models and CQB Elites. You can upgrade new orders with this item. It is a great part that uses a similar compund radius as the standard, cast Wilson hi-ride beavertail.

The Bullet Proof beavertail is cut from one block of steel on our CNC machines. Some people have suggested it is overkill, we think its a better way. Making this part from bar stock ensures there are no hidden pits or flaws hiding in the metal like on cast or MIM grip safeties. It also ensures the exactness of the part's dimensions so the safety can install without extra work like welding the part or the frame which increase costs to the end user in the end. The tail of the safety is left a bit long and can easily be trimmed to a shorter profile and the arm that blocks the trigger has a scoop cutout that allows you to remove the grip safety without removing the mainspring housing.

I have this part on two of my guns and don't think it can be beat. Available in blue or Stainless steel.

Blue #298BBP $79.95
SS #298SBP $94.95

Good idea IMO.

I'd make one with the 250 radius also...high grip!

John, that's the way it goes with great ideas - they seem so simple and obvious in hindsight. Oh well . . . . . . :-)
