Have you seen these sights?

I have been thinking of replacing the sights on my Springfield. After trying suggestions from a past post and talking to the SA custom shop, I may try what they suggested.
This is what I have, fully adjustable target rear/ both front and back are black

This is what Springfield has, same setup but with tritium and a silver ring instead of white

For reference this is my glock, which I have never had problems shooting no matter the light(I just recently purchased the Springfield, Didn't think the sights would be a big deal, only have experience with white dot)

Does anyone have any reason why this combo would not work/Does the silver ring have any advantages or dissadvantages? If I have been pleased with the white ring on tritium would it be much of a transition to silver? The main reason for looking into this is because I loose sight picture on dark surfaces or in not so well lit ranges. Outside in daylight I have no problems.

Just ignore what I asked about in this post. Had a chance to see a springfield with said sights. They look good but I don't think they will serve the purpose I want. However, they look to make an excellent carry type site.
