Slide, barrel, extractor, ejector, slide stop, mags . . . the best way to "convert" a .45 to 10 is to sell the .45 and buy what you want.

I don't think Para-Ordnance ever sold a 10mm version of their double stack pistol, so selling your P14.45 to buy a 10mm might not be a viable solution.
However, Para did offer a .40 S&W model. It used the same frame as the P14.45 and was designated the P16.40. If you have your heart set on converting, I think the way to go would be to buy a Para P16.40 slide and barrel, and a couple of magazines, and go from there. The tricky part will be figuring ouit what weight recoil spring to use. You will need a Para ramped barrel, of course, so the simplest approach would be to buy a stock P16.40 barrel and have a gunsmith ream the chamber to the 10mm dimension.
I was going to suggest Brownells as a source, but while they can sell you the barrel, they don't appear to have any P16.40 slides. Curiously, they DO have the slide (and barrel) for the P15.40 -- which was a Commander-length .40 caliber double stack pistol on the P13.45 frame platform.
Caspian can make you a 5" slide with a 10mm breech face.
