Standard weight springs in my Dalys, the EFS 5" and the ECS 3.5 . My latest, a used Llama IX-B commander size had been converted to FLGR and had TRIPLE recoil springs installed, of which I have removed 2 and ordered replacement parts to get it back to standard form. Must have been well over 25 pounds - I could barely get the slide all the way back by hand.
What posesses people to go so far overboard with springs, etc?

Wolf #16. I like the fact that the Wolff recoil springs also come with a firing pin spring.

Way before it was due for replacement, I swapped the factory 16 for a Wolff 16.5 that was packaged with a firing pin spring. I don't notice any difference between the two. I use Wolff springs a lot, but a friend of mine swears by ISMI. Both are good products.
