Yes, and there's about a 25mph wind blowing, so bad weather will happen on the other side of the Divide. Interesting how numbers work, figure in 5% relative humidity with a -6F dewpoint and one gets 70F ambient temperature. :p

Wow. It was t-shirt weather by 8AM in Phoenix.
Your part of the country has some tricky weather; seems like every time I'm camping down there I get a new education regarding what "variable conditions" means. The Kaibab Plateau can throw you a curve, too.

I think the whole country has had an unusually cold winter. It been cold here near Sarasota FL as well.

Every time I hear the weatherman talk about how the temperature was so low (or high) on a particular day that it tied or exceeded the old record, I start wondering about global warming and the greenhouse effect.
Then the guy will say...."yeah, the last time it was this cold on this date was back in 1893....."
