I have a 9mm Colt govt mod.mk IV series 70 that is aprox. 98 % condition and I need help on a value.

Realistic price range would be $1000-1200 in my area! I myself have been looking for one for my collection and I haven't found one yet!

At least $1,000. With box and papers $1.220 plus, Compared to the .45 and Super.38 those nines are not common, but not rare.
I've saw one, in several years, at the range with thr early larger rollmarks.

I must confess the picture of the gun was from the add that I bought the gun from . I've not yet taken any picture's of it myself and I still have not shot it yet .
