I love this site and Colt Guns. This site with going back and reading old posts and other sites on the past and current history of Colt have brought me up to speed. Still a rookie, but have found out many retail shops do not really know their Colts.
I have been a big hunter and fisherman all of my life and am a past president of the Houston Safari Club, but I have the Colt Bug.
I have been reading everything I can get my hands on in the past month and gone to every shop in Houston and a couple of gun shows to look at Colts.
I bought my first two Colts this week and feel like a kid in a toy store.
First two pistols are a XSE Combat Commander SS and a Colt model 1908 hammerless pocket pistol, caliber .25 ACP with checkered hard rubber grips with Colt letters and the pony logo.
Thanks for all of your posts and help to this rookie.
