This is in regards to the NM barrel in the New combat elite. No where in the specs or review of this pistol did they say it came with a NM bushing. Am I wrong or does it come with it? It would seem a waste to put a NM barrel in and then not the bushing. This is just for my general info as I have seen two in my range shop for sale and I have been very bad this week...pictures to come later :D Floyd

Ok, the world is waiting on you then. ;)

The term National Match has been way over used from it's original meaning. It was meant to mean the part fell into a certain range of specs. But like Mil-Spec, can be just about anything now days.
I wouldn't get wound up over it. If there's a good fitting bushing on the barrel, it'll be good to go...and will out shoot most people.

I couldn't agree more. Just another overused term, like "tactical" that has come to mean nothing......except for advertising.

Same goes for the terms turbo, digital, tactical, and a lot of others that have been so over used and abused as to have almost no meaning.
So, I won't be showing pics of the original, genuine, 2009 turbo tactical digital NM.
Now that vashooter has teased us for a couple hours maybe he'll let us in on the news. :)

Thanks Joni....The combat Elite is sure nice. I still have to detail strip it and clean it up so I can go shoot it. Then clean it again!! The commander I have already put FMJ, Lead RN hand loads, and Hornady XTP handloads down her and she never choked once. Very accurate too might I add. Floyd

My wife is actually very understanding. Floyd
