Help me ID this surplus 1911a1

My department got 25 surplus 1911a1. On one side of the slide is 7790314 and the other is MFR 2U894. The frame has United States Property No 2086079 M 1911 A1 U.S. Army. I have pics but can't add them.

The frame is an Ithaca from late 1944, and the slide is a post WWII replacement.

Did your department recieve them through TACOM, LES program? I hear there are some nice ones in the bunch.

Yes, they were in overall good shape. They all need some cleaning and TLC, but for free it is hard to pass them up.
