Les Baer vs. STI Build

I know this has probably been addressed, but I want to build another 1911(Target). I have narrowed my frame and slide down to 2 choices. I know there are not going to be alot of major difference between the two but I can't make up my mind.
Do I start with an STI or Les Baer frame. The little I have heard about STI has been good, but Les Baer is... well Les Baer.

Please help me make up my mind.

Pictures of actual "builds" would helpful and pictures of targets would also help.
I would also like a list of others parts, barrels, etc. to give me ideas of what I want to put into my new project.

I have shot both and for me, I liked the STI guardian as much as the les baer thunder ranch. with the STI being about 40% the cost of the Baer, my money would be for the STI. i did, however see a LB in the for sale section for $1350 I believe, that couls be tricked out to your liking and you may still be under the price for either of the other pistols you mentioned. just me tho
