SIG GSR - Sphinx

Is it just me, or does the GSR look like the Swiss-made Sphinx family of pistols? They allegedly have .45 ACP versions under development.

I see a little resemblance in the dust cover area, but I think that's just because the GSR has a half rail. If I remember right, the Sphinx is based on the CZ75 series of pistols, and the GSR is of course a Govt model (double versus single).
