Folks, the plans for the SHOT Show are more or less finalized, so here is our schedule.

I am arriving in Orlando the evening of the 13th. Hawkmoon and Hunter will not arrive until the evening of the 15th, so if there are any members in the area who would like to meet us and have a beer or two, we could arrange that. The 16th or the 17th would be just fine.

Just let us know by posting in this thread.

I'd love to meet you all that weekend. I'll be in town for SHOT, arriving Thursday. Meeting with some from the ar15.com community that night. Open the rest as far as I know.

Great, Hawkmoon and Hunter are supposed to arrive on Thursday evening. So Saturday sounds like a food day. We'll let you know here.

Day before travel. Have we narrowed in a time or location yet?

Also, I'd like to draw the attention of anyone who hasn't already heard to....2:00 PM at the NRA booth, the famous Mr. Heller of Washington, DC will be presented with a custom built 1911 commemorating his victory at the Supreme Court.

Oh, and one more thing. Who's bringing the Ouzo?

I am already in Orlando, but no fixed time yet for an M1911.ORG meeting. Most probably, Saturday afternoon at some time, but I need to wait for Hawk and Hunter to arrive to see their plan too.

Ouzo? No way, I do not want Hawk to drop senseless.

I have some Metaxa with me though. :p

Great, now I have to go look up those two things. I thought Metaxa was a brand of Ouzo. I'm so American.

I'd be down. I live about 15 minutes from where SHOT Show is at. I know the area fairly well.

Boy I sure had a great time meeting John again, and for the first time, meeting Hawkmoon and Hunter.
