Colt Production Date

I have been offered a blue finished Colt Government Model Series 80 with the new rollmarks. The grips though are black rubber and the serial number is just stamped, not the dot matrix type I have on my new Gold Cup. The gun looks like the newest model in every way except for the serial and the grips, or maybe I was mistaken. Any idea as to when this was made? The serial I believe starts with 285. Thanks so much.

Have your serial number at hand and they will give you the year that Series 80 was manufactured.
