Picture Request

Midway has the Pachmayr American Legend grips on sale. I'm tring to decide if I should get some for my SS GI 45. Does anyone have a picture of ther SS Government model with those grips on them?

I had a set, and was very disappointed when I got 'em. The pics you see, don't mention that the raised parts of the rubber that cover the front strap and provide the finger grooves, are HOLLOW. Perhaps they've changed in recent times, but the finger grooves were very spongy, and I got rid of them. To each his own, but see if you can get yer hands on a pair first.

For me the logos on each side came unglued, then the rubber started to tear. I called it quits with those grips and went with something a little more sensible, Simonich Gunner Grips.
