Well if mean what i think you mean i'd say focus on the following...in no particular order....

1. Ammo
2. Ammo
3. Ammo

;) yeeeeeeeeeah that's definitely a need, but i'm already taking care of that one. i'm more interested in possible needed replacement of internals on the 1911 - barrel, recoil spring, etc.....if such needs are actual.....

Heh. well in that case i'd say grab a spring kit as those are always the first parts to wear out...heres' the list revised

Recoil springs are considered "consumables," so definitely a recoil spring or three.

Colt extractors don't usually fail, but a 1911 with a broken extractor is a paperweight. I carry a spare extractor in my range bag. That might do for #2.

#3 -- take your pick.
