Does anybody know where I can get some burled mesquite or maple grips with 1\2 checkering with an inlaid Marine Corp emblem? Or someone that can custom make them?

Thanks yes I did and I was about ready to give up my internet search and then I found somebody who does custom inlays and engraving from the pictures it looks like he does beautiful work. www.cwgrips.com

That looks like the ticket for you. Just remove that SEAL trident on the ones at the bottom of the gallery and put the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor in its place.

Yes that definitely looks like the one now my only problem is pewter or brass knowing me I'll get two sets made.
