Hi All,
I wanted to post as soon as I could . . .to let you know that Larry Davidson (from MonkeyGrips) is a very nice gentleman and his grips are nothing short of awesome. I have a Colt New Agent that I got about a month or two ago and it is my favorite pistol and every day carry. After doing tons of reading and looking at pictures in different grip threads, I contacted Larry about making me some grips. I wanted G10 Grips that were not too different in color from the originals, but I had a long list:
straight bottoms with slight radius
half-hog with a carry smoothing job
plungers and msh pin covered
thin grips -similar to factory
Here's what I got:

These grips exceeded my expectations in everyway ! I especially like the way that he made the point where the grips change from straight smooth grain to the "hog" skin look "ragged/organic" rather than the very defined lines seen on other half-hog grips. The grips look great and I got them very quickly. I'll post pics when I get the gun back this week from Coal Creek Armory , in Knoxville, TN. They are Meloniting my slide, barrel and internals.
Thanks Larry!
