Colt Defender parts

Does anyone here know if the Defender is the same size as say the Officer's or any of the 3 1/2" 1911's?
I'm trying to find parts for my new Defender (slide release exactly), but the Defender isn't listed with any parts companies ie Wilson Combat, Ed Brown etc...

The Defender has the same frame as the Officers ACP (or so I believe, having had both at one time or another), but with a 3" rather than 3½" barrel.

The slide stop ("release") would be the same for a .45 ACP across the board, Gov't Model to Defender. At least, a standard slide stop fits my Officers ACPs.
