We are interested in changing the front sight of our GRP to a fiber optic sight. Has anyone on the forum changed theirs? How do you like it? What brand is most in favor? and what cut does that sight have? is it a novak, wilson style or kimber style......what does NH use?
Thanks

NHC installed a Dawson fiber optic sight on my Predator originally. I had it changed to a Tritium. If you do a lot of holster work - they can break/fall out [super glue fix] .... This said, several people do like them - a lot. They do make target acquisition outside faster .... Though I do not use them on my 1911s, I have TFOs on my Glocks for IDPA [super glue fix]. I do not recommend TFOs ....

Thanks for the input, I only have experience with my wife's Kimber 9mm, we put an EGW fiberoptic and she loves it,uses it for range and IDPA etc only, the EGW has that extra support in the middle. I am curious about what cut it is , I could purchase and instal myself that way.
