I am having ejecting problems with my XI-b 9mm. 2-3 casing out of each clip will not eject out of the chamber after firing. If I drop the clip and tap the pistol with the slide back the casing will drop out. The ejector looks good and I am at a loss at what is causes the problem. The only thing I can think of is the Ejector Spring is too weak to make the ejector grab on to the lip of the casing to pull it out after firing. Anyone have any ideas. And if it is the ejector spring where in the heck can I find one?

Thanks.

I've never seen an ejector being spring-loaded, so I assume you are talking about the extractor. It may be the extractor spring or it may be your ejector which is broken. Sorry, I have no idea where to find a new spring.

It's the extractor that hooks onto the case rim to pull it out of the chamber. It could be nothing more than gunk & goo accumulated in the extractor spring's tunnel. Try removing the extractor, its spring, clean and oil them and try it again.

Numrich Gun Parts Corp. may have one: http://www.e-gunparts.com/ .
