Mnspg housing change

Looking for reccomendations on replacing the stock mnspg. Changing out stock mnspg housing with a flat model on a Colt 1911 stainless.
Thought I would change out the spring while I am at it.

Shouldn't need to change out the main spring, for the most part they will out last the gun. Stick with the stock 23lb spring, it'll do ya fine.

Will do. I am a firm believer in preventitive maintenance but not if its not needed.
