Don't know if anyone has seen this,or if anyone cares...but there's a Colt Sistema .45 for sale $499 at http://www.floridagunworks.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=FG&Product_Code=043&Category_Code=CR+H. Just wanted to throw it out there. :D

Note the the bottom of the page at FGW. Only the Chrome plated ones are available at $599. Not a bargain at all, I'll pass. I don't need a "shiney" pistol.

I really don't know, I wonder if they did a "large" buy from Lipseys and had someone "chrome" them.
Still overpriced in my opinion, I'll pass.
If they were $400 I might buy one just to put one in my collection if it had a rollmark I don't already have.

`Kay, I could not care less about Sistema, to me...if it's not made at Colt....it isn't a Colt. I do however know that alot of people here like these guns and I saw one/some for sale !?!?!?! Ofcourse until now, no one knew this and by me starting a thread....one would assume I had atleast a nominal intrest in them. And right about now I'm starting to realize how negative and snarky my opening comments were, but I've already typed all this out and I'm not going to go back and erase it all now. SORRY!!!!

Since it is apparent that the pistol is a Sistema and not a Colt (despite the rather confusing information portrayed on the FGW site), I have edited the title of your post so as not to mislead people.
