Trigger resets in dry-fire but not in live fire?

Been working on my first build and hoped to shoot it in tonight's league. Sadly, it failed to reset the trigger after firing. When I was trying things out yesterday they seemed fine, and with the gun mostly tore apart I can feel the pressure from the brand new sear spring.

Trigger travel isn't glass smooth but it seemed strong enough in dry-fire and there don't seem to be any real rough spots. Besides taking things out ans stoning them some more, what should I look for?

Some possiblities are:

• Disconnector rail too far from top of frame
• Hammer hooks too low
• Geometry of top of hammer face wrong
• Hammer pin holes too low in frame
• Sear too long
• Sear pin holes too high in frame
• Sear binding on frame or disconnector
