Has anyone used Dlask Arms components in their guns? I'm thinking of buying one of their hammers and a short trigger for my Colt, but wanted to know of their reputation, their quality before I buy. Thanks

I've installed three Dlask triggers, two successfully. They are the coolest looking trigger on the market, and once installed have caused no trouble, but in my experience they are a bear to fit. I've had to not only fit the height and thickness of the pad, but bend everything, in three dimensions, to get them to fit. I'd find myself affraid to remove material, not being absolutely certain if material actually had to be removed, or if I should be bending something, instead. I like the trigger, but don't think I'll be buying any more.
I saw my first Dlask hammer, on Sunday. The gal who owned the gun is Canadian, so perhaps the whole gun was Dlask.

My Norinco had a Dlask trigger on it when I got it, and was guncoated like the rest of the gun. I decided to parkerize the whole thing and I blasted the paint off of the trigger. I had forgotten that the trigger is magnesium, which reacts with oxygen rather quickly, and I have had a light gray trigger for some time:)
